Priestess of the Moon

This was instigated by looking at the transcendent stars and moon one night and thus i created a piece that inspired me to contrive something hauntingly beautiful. The look is mellifluously put together with simplicity. It brings out a contemporary vibe. I wore an off shoulder black dress with beige peeptoes and a snowflake brooch to complete the look. the hairstyle is an unkempt braid with dominating curls which i absolutely adore. the make up emulated the attire with dark eyes and nude lips. The photography is  by my super gifted photographer friend sarath shetty~ He deserves to be in paris because of his talent!!
This week i indulged myself with a new dslr camera - Nikon D5100. Im absolutely excited about my new haul.  You'd be seeing me clicking my own pictures with this magnificent cam! Hope i do some justice to my blog with my beginner level photography :) *fingers crossed*

*Midsummer Spanish Dream*

I have never been a fan of pink but this maxi made me go gaga over the bright colors so brilliantly fused together. It did make me feel like i was promenading on the beaches of spain~ yes dressing up sometimes picks you up and sweeps you into another realm. This look exudes summer, beaches, invigorating freshness, fun, romance, bright colors, blush et glow.
This wouldnt have been possible without a certain brilliant photographer, Sucharitha rao. Her work is displayed here. And the Make up artist for this look is Mitesh bon viveur, a fantastic artist who made me look pretty in pink <trust me thats a tough thing to do ;)>  a special nudge to aakanksha patil and shravya varma for being..well.. them :p

Feline Fervor~

For this look, my feline side awoke and i decided to marry wilderness with skulls~ surprisingly it worked :). My favorite accessories are the skull ring and the ultramarine blue belt! The black and grey print needed its pop of color and the big bright coral bag gave my outfit some life.. With make up i decided to go bronze and eyes had my signature cat eyed look~ The picture credit goes to my man, Rohit Sukheja. Thank uu for being patient enough to click such wonderful pictures. Love you my handsome baby!

Elie saab in a bottle *sigh*

Finally i got my hands on Elie saab's new perfume called 'Elie Saab Le Parfum'. I did get mixed reviews about this perfume but i took my chance anyway~ and its totally worth every penny. Its fragrance is so intoxicating that it is sublime! It says the perfume opens with notes of orange blossom. Jasmine is in the heart, including Grandiflorum and Sambac, whereas the base consists of cedar, patchouli and rose honey accord. As for me it has all the right concoctions for being a classy and sophisticated perfume. It is definitely me :P! It lasts for 4-5 hours which is normally how long a perfume stays. Plus i love the architecture of the bottle, very baroque. With his impetus, Sylvie de France created a luxurious bottle, Its eternal, exotic, enticing and elegant. Elie Saab your incredible brilliance and aesthetic has never ceased to amaze me!
