Shine bright like a Diamond

As beautiful as your work *Photography- Sucharita Rao, Make up artistry- Sandy*

“Dress shabbily and they remember the dress, dress impeccably and they remember the woman.”
― Coco Chanel
This quote has always resonated with me as i believe that today's beauty is not just about putting on an attire but its the unspoken elegance that lies underneath. Its the inner light that glows when you love yourself and your work to dress up everyday to be confident and self-assured. Today's women have carved their niche in every field and that's how their work has become an instrument of self expression. Mia is a story of how a woman adds a touch of perfection when it comes to her work. She worships her work piously and gives her best in whatever project is given to her. Mia is a confident, perseverant and a hardworking woman. Her jewelry is a catalyst and an extension of who she is and that pushes her to be mesmerizing in whatever she does.

Hello my lovely fashionistas,
Ive missed you! Sorry for not being regular but there's sooo much going on! But you could catch me regularly updating about trends and stunning fashion pieces on my facebook page. You could also check my blog on the official Guess Watch website here.  Talking about this post, Ive put my own spin on current season's trends i.e the Monochromatic look. I paired a Spiked peplum top with a pair of  houndstooth shorts and Polka dot heels. I had fun mixing printed black and whites. This look could work for both day and night! For the day look, ditch the heels and don a pair of fun flats!

A big big thank you to-

D.I.Y: How to make a Fringed T-shirt

Gone are the days when prim and proper tshirts were worn and heavy styling would have been needed to give them some semblance of life. Embrace your inner street and don the fringed tee which makes you feel like a rockstar without doing much~

What you need:

1) A long tshirt
2) Scissors
3) Marking Pencil (i used my old golden eyeliner pencil)
4) Scale

How To:

1) Get any old tee you haven't been using~ Start by marking a point at the waist line where youd want the fringe to start. Giving a space of 1cm and start marking the dots along your waste line on your tshirt with the pencil.

2) Mark dots on the bottom part of your t-shirt giving the same distance of 1 cm..

3) Start joining the dots you've marked at the bottom and centre of your tshirt like shown above.

4) Time to start cutting. The cuts might be uneven because of the thin tshirt material but dont fret coz it gets hidden in its folds. The final outcome looks like the pic shown below~

There you go. Wasnt it the easiest to ma…

Hello there~ I have been waiting to unleash 'fierce' into this blog from the time we finished this shoot. You could also see the same post on Guess watches international blog here-
I was given an assignment by Guess watches to style a look for this gorgeous watch which is from the Fiercely Gold & Fabulous collection. I loved the challenge and it was fun to revolve around Blacks, Bronze and Golds to highlight the watch. The perfume i used for this outfit had to be in sync with the way i styled it so i chose Gucci Guilty~ You should try it, Its divine! I do reckon you to buy a basic maxi/ a dress as you can experiment with several options going from day to night~ If you want to make the same look casual you could always throw in gladiators, bronzer and a sling bag.
It all came together with the help of my friends, Photography- Sarath Shetty and Make up…
